Who uses your email

Your address is used by Snezhana Mihajlov, operating as M9 Consulting & Coaching in Skopje, North Macedonia. We do not sell your email or share it with third parties for their marketing.

What we send

If you consent, we may email you the M9 Letters (notes on finance and leadership) and occasional updates about courses, programmes, and related offerings. Transactional messages about a form you submitted are separate from this consent.

How consent is recorded

When you tick the consent box on a form, we store that you agreed and the time of that agreement with your submission or subscriber record. You can ask us for a copy of that record.

How to unsubscribe

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. It opens the existing M9 Letters unsubscribe page, where you confirm with a button so that email-app prefetch cannot opt you out by accident. You can also email us and we will remove you from the list.
