These terms describe how we work with you when you book a session, join a programme, or engage M9 Consulting & Coaching for advisory work.

Who we are

M9 Consulting & Coaching is the practice of Snezhana Mihajlov, registered in Skopje, North Macedonia. We provide financial consulting, leadership coaching, online programmes, and corporate training to entrepreneurs, executives, and managers.

How we work

Most engagements start with a free 30-minute discovery call (booked via Calendly). The call is non-binding. Programmes are bookable via the apply form on the relevant programme page; one-on-one consulting and corporate engagements are quoted after the discovery call. Sessions are delivered remotely unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

Pricing and payment

Programme fees are published on the relevant programme page and apply for the duration stated there. One-on-one consulting, corporate training, and keynotes are quoted individually after a discovery call. Payment is due before each session or billing period; invoices are issued in EUR and settled by bank transfer or card.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Individual sessions can be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged at the full session rate. Programme commitments run for the period stated on the programme page; if you need to pause for a serious reason, contact us and we'll find a fair arrangement.

Confidentiality

Anything you share in sessions stays private. The only exceptions are where disclosure is required by law, where there is a clear risk of harm, or where you give explicit permission (for example, written testimonials).

Limits of our advice

M9's coaching and consulting are advisory. They are not regulated financial, tax, legal, or medical advice, and they don't replace specialists in those fields. Decisions you make on the basis of our sessions remain your responsibility. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is capped at the fees you paid for the engagement in question. These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia.
