M9 Consulting & Coaching ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you visit mihajlov.co or get in touch with us.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us. The contact form stores your name, email, and message. The newsletter form stores your email address. The chat widget stores the messages you send to our assistant. None of this is sold or shared with third parties beyond the processors listed below.

Cookies and analytics

If you accept cookies, we load Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session replays) and Google Analytics 4 (aggregated traffic stats). Both are used to improve the site, never to identify you personally. You can change your choice any time on the cookies page.

Processors we use

Supabase (database, EU region), Resend (transactional email), Google Gemini (chat assistant), Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, Calendly (booking page).

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Email us and we'll handle it within 30 days.
